Hello Loggers,
Greetings from the Center for Writing & Learning! Now that we’re mid-way through Mid-terms, we wanted to reach out and tell you more about us.
The Center for Writing & Learning (or the CWL or, simply, the Center) provides a wide range of resources, which can support you in many different aspects of your academic work. You can meet with
- a peer academic consultant to improve your time management skills, organization, and study and test-taking strategies.
- a peer for tutoring in specialized content areas, like Chinese, Chemistry, or Computer Science.
- a peer writing advisor to learn how to overcome writer’s block, approach a writing assignment, and review your writing to make it clear, direct, and persuasive.
- a faculty consultant to help with fellowship/graduate school applications.
We are closed for Fall Break on October 17-19. Starting on October 20th we will be back to our normal hours and ready to tutor!
