The Center for Student Support
The Center for Student Support strives to be the first stop on a student’s journey towards holistic wellness and to help students navigate on-campus and off-campus resources. The Center provides direct student services including the Campus Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, and Lending Library.
Dining Services
Get fuel for your day with one of the many dining options available on campus, including a full-service dining hall, three coffee shops, and a student-run pizza joint, making it easy to find something to eat or drink between classes, after a workout, or during a study session.
Logger Store
Find all the essentials at the Logger Store, located inside Wheelock Student Center. At the Logger Store, you can purchase textbooks, supplies, gifts, clothing, and gear to show off your school pride.
Mail Services
Easily send and receive mail with your own mailbox. Located inside Wheelock Student Center, Mail Services provides shipping services and saves you a trip to the post office. Mail Services can even accept packages on your behalf before the start of the semester.
Print & Copy Services
Whether you're creating an event flyer or printing a set of booklets for a class project, Print & Copy Services provides a range of printing and finishing services including color printing, 3D printing, wide print formats, trimming, and binding.
Security Services
Located in McIntyre Hall, Security Services provides a safe and secure environment through emergency response 24 hours a day, security escorts, maintaining key card building access, parking enforcement, and vehicle registration. If you ever feel unsafe or need assistance on campus, you can contact a dispatcher from any of the seven emergency towers on campus or by calling 253.879.3311.
Student Success Coaching
Whether you're a first-year student or a transfer student, student success coaches help you succeed in your first year at Puget Sound. Our coaches offer support in developing problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills; navigating academic and personal challenges; and fostering connections on campus and in the broader Tacoma community.
Sustainability Services
Sustainability Services manages Puget Sound's recycling program and is run by students. In addition to processing the commingled, glass, cardboard, and electronic waste recycling on campus, Sustainability Services also diverts items from the waste stream, such as Styrofoam, packing peanuts, metal, fluorescent and CPL light bulbs, batteries, clothing, and furniture.
Technology Services
Located inside Collins Memorial Library, Technology Services provides technical expertise and support for students. Technology Services can help you troubleshoot issues with your computer, network, and university technology. Technology Services also offers an audio studio and A/V equipment able to borrow.
Wheelock Student Center
Wheelock Student Center serves as the hub of activity for our campus community. It houses the Logger Store; The Cellar; the campus radio station (KUPS); Mail Services; Diversions Café; The Diner; Counseling, Health, and Wellness Services; and offices for the Associated Students of Puget Sound (ASUPS), the Dean of Students, Student Life Operations, and Dining and Conference Services.
