Employee Assistance Program
The university's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has resources available related to COVID-19.
Online access: You can receive information by going to my.canopywell.com and register as a new user of log-in. Enter University of Puget Sound for company name when you register.

Telephone consultations: You can speak confidentially with an experienced professional who will provide information, resources, and referrals. Toll-free telephone access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at the following toll-free, multi-lingual number: 800.433.2320.
Premera
Premera, is regularly updating their website with information on COVID-19. Please see their website for information and frequently asked questions. You can also find information on getting care for COVID-19 (PDF).
Premera is encouraging the use of virtual care when possible at this time. Virtual care options enable you to access care without leaving your house.
Teledoc
Teledoc (PDF) allows you and your covered dependents to receive virtual care by a board-certified doctor. If you haven't used Teledoc before, here's how to get started (have your insurance card available):
- Visit Sign In at teledoc.com/premera
- Click Set Up Account
- Enter required information, including the fields on the My Medical History tab
You can access Teledoc by phone at 855.332.4059, or by video.
24-Hour NurseLine
Call the 24-hour NurseLine for advice 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.
When you call the NurseLine at 800.841.8343, your call is answered quickly by a registered nurse. The nurse will ask you questions and help you decide what to do.
Premera Coverage Related to COVID-19
Cost shares, including copays, deductible and coinsurance, have been waived for all COVID-19 related testing and treatments, or health complications associated with COVID-19, effective January 1 through October 1, 2020. This applies to both inpatient and outpatient treatment, including hospitalizations and medical transportation, and FDA-approved medications delivered inpatient for both in and out of network providers. All cost shares for telehealth services are also waived.
