Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, soprano, Danielle Rogers is an active performer and teacher.
Danielle Rogers has performed in opera and musical theater which include roles as Julie in Firebird Motel, The Witch in Into the Woods, Mabel in Pirates of Penzance, Woman 1 in Songs for a New World and Yonah in Children of Eden. In addition to these roles, Danielle has performed in various scenes programs which include Jenna in Waitress, Beth in Little Women, Alice in Falstaff, and Countess Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro.
Upon graduating from Interlochen Arts Academy in 2014, Danielle moved to Tacoma, Washington to attend the University of Puget Sound where she earned her Bachelor of Music degree in 2018. Later that fall, Danielle attended the San Francisco Conservatory of Music to pursue a Master of Music degree which she completed in May of 2020.
During her graduate degree work, Danielle began to focus on pedagogy and fell in love with teaching. Over the last few years, she has taught students of all ages in classical, musical theater, and contemporary commercial music styles. She has also served as an adjudicator for NATS competitions. Danielle continues to teach, direct, and perform in the greater Seattle area and beyond!
