Lisa Nunn

Visiting Assistant Professor, Economics and International Political Economy

Professor Nunn has taught in the Economics and International Political Economy departments since 1990. Her courses apply Liberalist philosophy to policy analysis to better understand the development of the U.S. economy and evaluate policy actions, both domestically and internationally. Her teaching and research interests focus on the intersection of the political and economic sectors, emphasizing the impact of institutions on choices. Professor Nunn helped cultivate the International Political Economy Program and co-authored the first edition of the program’s textbook. Her current research evaluates and applies reflection practices at the collegiate level.
