Dear Faculty and Staff Colleagues,
Before the semester draws to a close, I’d like to bring us together for an update on initiatives emerging from the Leadership for a Changing World strategic plan. A great deal of activity is underway, and it will be beneficial for us all to have a clear understanding of the work ahead of us this spring.
Friday, Dec. 10, 2–3:30 p.m.
Rasmussen Rotunda, Wheelock Student Center
While there is a great deal to discuss related to all five goals of the strategic plan, during this time we will focus specifically on the following:
- Financial Update
- Strategic Enrollment Plan and Student Success Initiatives
- Comprehensive Academic, Administrative and Auxiliary Program Review
- Campaign Fundraising
To make attendance easily available, the session will also be live-streamed (a link will be provided prior to the session), but please note that we will only be able to take questions from those attending in person. Following the session, a recording will be available for those who are unable to attend. Please also save the date for a spring semester address for faculty and staff on Thursday, Jan. 13 at noon, during which a broader range of topics will be addressed.
Thank you for everything you do to support our students and our community during this busy time of year, and best wishes for the remainder of the fall semester. I look forward to being with you on Dec. 10.
Sincerely,
Isiaah
