Colin serves as the Director of Residence Life at Puget Sound. Colin started at the University of Portland as a Hall Director, and came to Puget Sound as a Resident Director prior to becoming Director of Residence Life. As the Director, Colin has direct oversight of the residential program at Puget Sound. Colin’s interests include assessment of student belonging, academic residential programs, leadership development, and the city of Tacoma.

Before moving to the Pacific Northwest, Cullen worked as the Coordinator of Operations at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and the Director of Residence Life at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. During his free time, he enjoys exploring around Tacoma, finding new sushi restaurants, and immersing in the occasional good book.

Carole Ann provides the Residence Life staff and Student Leaders with administrative support. One of the things that Carole Ann enjoys most about her role is the relationships that are built with the students. Carole Ann lives locally, loves to spend time with her large extended family, spend time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and is a proud Tacoman!

Emily is the Resident Director for Todd/Phibbs, Trimble and Seward Halls, also knows as South Quad. Before coming to the University of Puget Sound, Emily worked as a Graduate Assistant Resident Director at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne Indiana. Emily loves Tacoma and exploring the city with her dog, Forest. Her favorite part of this role is getting to meet students, learn their stories, and help them discover more of who they are through their time at Puget Sound.

Katie is the Resident Director of Thomas Hall and campus houses. Katie is from the DC area and received both her B.S. in Biomedical Science and her M. Ed. in Educational Leadership, specializing in Higher Education, from the University of Lynchburg. Katie spends her free time watching Formula 1 and Dodger baseball and playing in the local Queer City Sports league with her partner.

Kane is the Resident Director for North Quad, composed of Anderson-Langdon, Schiff, Harrington, Smith, and Oppenheimer Halls, supporting both first year and returning students on-campus. His main role is to support all the residents in the area and provide leadership to the Student Leader (RAs & RCCs) team for these buildings. Outside of work, Kane enjoys spending time with his partner, his two cats (Hammy & Sammy), and friends, and also makes time to get outside or travel!
