I am also a member of the women’s basketball team on campus. Hello, my name is Claudia! I am a senior studying molecular and cellular biology, and I am from Durango, Colorado. Hello! My name is Evelyn Standaert, but I mainly just go by Evie. I'm from Olympia, WA and am a junior here at UPS, majoring in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a minor in Politics and Government and an emphasis in Bioethics. Hey! I'm Viola and I'm a Biology and Statistics tutor here at the CWL. I'm a junior from Tacoma studying Molecular and Cell Biology, French, SOAN and Bioethics. Stats is a common course for so many different majors, so I would love to hear all about what you're studying when you stop by! As someone who used the CWL extensively for all of the math classes I've ever taken here at UPS, I understand that it can be super overwhelming to internalize a lot of these concepts, so I am here to help. Howdy! My name’s Josh, I’m a junior majoring in Biochemistry and Studio Art. I’m from Meridian, Idaho, where the sun shines and the weather is even more unpredictable than Tacoma. Caitlyn Kadooka

Hi! My name is Caitlyn, but my Japanese name that I use in class is Aiko! I'm from Honolulu, Hawai'i, and I'm double majoring in Japanese and Molecular and Cellular Biology. I just came back from Ludden Sensei's research trip in Japan, and I also participated in a study abroad program this past fall in Tokyo! Outside of class, I am also involved in Wind Ensemble, Taiko Club, and intramural volleyball! I'm extremely grateful for the help that I've received from teachers and peers, and I hope to be able to provide that assistance to anyone learning Japanese.
