Cutting edge research shows us the period from birth through three years of age is one of the most crucial periods for brain development in a child’s life. Additionally, this growth and development is only fully realized by brain connections made through interpersonal experiences. Through singing, hand motions, rhyming, movement, instrumental playing, and joint-attention activities, our "Nurtured By Music" Suzuki Early Childhood Education classes will help give your child the best possible start in life. By attending a weekly one hour class with a parent or caregiver, your child will gradually gain mastery over a large repertoire of songs and rhymes. In addition to having a fun and memorable musical experience each week, through a variety of social interactions with the teacher, parent, and other children in the class, we will first and foremost foster the child’s character development. The classes are based on principles of the Suzuki method of education and flow naturally into instrumental lessons when your child is ready to begin.
