OPEN SESSION ANNOUNCMENT
The project team is pleased to invite the campus community to an open session to learn about the outcomes and recommendations of the Total Compensation and Benefits (TCB) project. The session will take place on Monday, April 21, at 10 a.m. in the Tahoma Room (Thomas Hall 363). All faculty and staff are encouraged to attend this capstone event.
REPORT OF FINDINGS WEBINAR
In preparation for the Open Session, we recommend faculty and staff view the TCB Survey, Benchmarking, and Market Assessment: Report of Findings webinar, previously recorded on March 11.
In this webinar, our partners at Lockton provided more detail on the recent faculty and staff survey results, along with additional benchmarking data comparing Puget Sound's current compensation and benefits programs to those of other organizations. This information will be helpful to support understanding of the project recommendations, which will be shared in the upcoming open session.

NEXT STEPS
Following the open session, the project team’s report to President Crawford will be shared with the campus community. Faculty and staff will have an opportunity to provide feedback for President Crawford to consider as he finalizes the set of recommendations to present to the Board of Trustees in early May.
