Interested in proposing, creating and leading a study abroad (international) or study away (domestic) program? Find timelines, applications, and other resources here.
For faculty who would like to add a new third party semester program to the list of supported study abroad programs, faculty can submit their request for a new program by using the New Study Abroad Program Request - Faculty (PDF).
International Programs staff will submit new proposals to the faculty-led International Education Committee (IEC) for review and acceptance.

International Programs supports international scholars hosted by Puget Sound through immigration assistance and pre-arrival information. Departments are encouraged to invite an international visitor to campus. Categories appropriate for the Exchange Visitor J Visa include visiting professors, research scholars, or short-term scholars. International Programs does not provide funds to support these visitors. Contact International Programs if you’re interested in bringing an international visitor to campus.
