Effective July 1, 2018 for purchases made with federal funds, University of Puget Sound procurement professionals will comply with the Uniform Guidance Procurement Standards as defined in 2 CRF Part 200.317 to 200.326. This guidance "supersedes and streamlines requirements from OMB Circular A-110." In the event there is a discrepancy between the provisions of the Uniform Guidance Procurement Standards and the university's procurement policies, the Uniform Guidance's provisions will be followed.
