All faculty, staff, and students can access their Puget Sound Google Workspace account via login.pugetsound.edu.
After logging in, click on the Google Drive tile on your dashboard.
Once signed in to Google Workspace, the various Google applications can be selected from the "waffle grid" apps launcher, an icon consisting of 9 dots found on the upper right corner of Google applications. The apps launch panel enables you to reorder your Google apps the way you want by dragging and dropping.
You can also directly access Google Calendar, Google Mail, and Google Groups from tiles on the login.pugetsound.edu dashboard.
Students, faculty, and staff should use their Puget Sound Google Workspace accounts and not personal Google accounts. Some users find it helpful to add a unique profile picture or icon to distinguish Puget Sound Google Workspace accounts from personal Google accounts.
