Collins Memorial Library provides students with a variety of work and study spaces including the popular I-Commons computing area, individual and group study rooms/spaces, an inviting reading room, and many spots with comfortable couches and chairs.
The library has an excellent collection of online and print resources including over 500,000 print volumes, 1800 journal/magazine subscriptions and 130 subject-specific online search engines/databases of academically-oriented literature. The campus community also has access to an additional 26 million items through the Orbis-Cascade consortium of 33 regional academic libraries. University of Washington and University of Oregon holdings are included in this consortium.
In addition, Collins Memorial Library is one of the homes of Technology Services, and is where to find Media Services, Student Support, Service Desk, Educational Technology and many others. Visit the Tech Center in the basement of Collins Memorial Library for computer support, equipment checkout, and the Audio studio.
